This little tip got me back into studying after I took an extra long Christmas break. The more behind I got the harder it was to get back into it as I just kept thinking about how much I had to do and how many hours I had to put into it. This is why this works. You are just thinking about those 20 minutes and your break. You’ve got nothing to lose. It’s actually interesting and surprising to see how much I got done in 20 minutes as I was very focused.
